I think an effective class comes from 4part
10、s, learning by doing, teaching by doing, layered teaching and various evaluationmechanisms.In my lesson, I emphasized the first three points. Students learned by doing and I taughtby doing. I also divided students and tasks into layers and choose the best group according totheir behavior in class. But the evaluation mechanisms were still not well used in this lesson.So, in my future teaching, I will pay more attention to my application of evaluationmechanisms and try to bring competition into class to perfect the layered teaching.
