4、Practice2 / 5Story time1. 利用简笔画,教授新词教师可以用简笔画呈现人体的主要结构复习四年级上册 Unit 8 五官类词汇。(eyes, ears, hair, mouth) 和五年级上册 Unit 3 的人体部位类词汇 (arm, leg, body,foot), 然后教授词汇 head, tooth (teeth), headache, toothache, brush/clean ones teeth,dentist。教师要引导学生观察 toothache 和 headache 两个词的构成,了解简单的构词规则。教师亦可拓展教授词汇 stomachache。2.
5、做做说说,教授新词教师可以在课前准备一杯水、一把牙刷、几颗糖果、一瓶咳嗽药水等物品,然后做喝水、刷牙、吃糖、吃药、休息的动作,呈现目标词汇 brush ones teeth, drinkwater, eat sweets, take medicine 和 have a rest。教师可以拓展教授 pill 一词,但是要明确 pill 指药片或药丸,是可数名词(pills);medicine 通常指药水,是不可数名词。在教授新词的过程中,教师要提醒学生注意动词的搭配,区别 have,eat和 take。3. 问答活动,操练目标词汇教师可以根据课文内容, 设置一些问题, 要求学生根据自己的实际情况

12、/shouldnt 给出建议。教师在活动前可以先和学生一起复习本部分出现的动词短语。在活动进行时,教师可以鼓励学生适当地拓展询问和表述病情的部分,使对话更加完整、生动、有趣。二、二、教学活动教学活动1. 做做猜猜,复习动词教师做动作, 学生猜出相应的动词短语。 教师也可以将单词卡片出示给一名学生,要求他做相应动作,其他学生猜动词短语。2. 造句游戏教师要求学生用信息卡片上的动词短语造句,看谁的句子既长又正确。教师可以将学生分成若干小组,完成此游戏。如:S1: I like eating ice cream.S2: I always eat ice cream in summer.S3: I l
