2、一家儿童体验中心拓展训练，十多名学生在乘坐手扶梯时发生踩踏和碰撞，9名学生受伤。2013年3月28日西北工业大学附属小学学生在西安曲江海洋馆海洋极地公园乘坐电梯时发生踩踏事故，16人受伤。2006年5月8日阜阳市某中学两名学生课间在教室追逐打闹，后面的同学随手抓起同学座位上一支刚削好的铅笔掷向前面的同学，就在这一刹那，前面的同学回头看后面的同学有无追过来，恰好铅笔尖戳进前面同学的左眼睛，造成其左眼球被摘除的惨剧。上下楼梯要相互礼让，靠右行走，遵守秩序，注意安全。 在上操、集合等上下楼活动中，不求快，要求稳。 不准在楼梯间打闹、搞恶作剧等。 上课期间，教学大楼的所有大小门都要打开，一旦发生拥挤踩

5、天气变化等原因。n 触电事故的发生有明显的季节性夏秋两季事故多，主要原因：天气炎热，多雷雨，空气中湿度大，降低了电气设备的绝缘性能；人体因炎热多汗，皮肤接触电阻变小；衣着单薄，身体暴露部分多，增加了触电的可能性。触电发生后的急救措施在室内发生触电事故，应立即将电闸闸刀打开，将插头拨掉，以切断电源。在室外电源不明或有带电的电线触及人体，不能采用其他方法脱离电源时，可使用绝缘的物体（如木棒、竹杆、手套等）将电线移掉，可使人脱离电源。在未切断电源或触电者未脱离电源时，切不可触摸触电者。脱离电源后，要有相应的措施配合，以防摔伤。2008年11月14日上午6点10分，上海商学院中山西路校区宿舍发生大火，
