The Employer intends to change the ceramic tile floor finishes to wooden parquet in the Residential Apartments as per the attached schedule and drawings; viz. all bedrooms, d
4、ressing rooms, lobbies (except for the entrance lobbies), living room & dining room and; excluding the kitchens, toilets/ bathrooms and entrance lobbies where the flooring finishes will remain ceramic tiles with underfloor heating. As shown on the enclosed drawings, the under floor heating is to be
5、cancelled for lobbies where the parquet flooring will be applied (except for the entrance lobbies as mentioned).2. Please kindly note that the parquet type given in the letter Ref: QDDP-IMS-SNH-121205-899 dated 5-12-2012 (Variation Order #1) shall be replaced with “Walnut Fiery Bronze ESP5253” due t
