7、 by the Employer.4.The Employer shall pay fees to the Architect in accordance with the regulations of the Association of Siamese Architects at a total sum of _ baht(baht _)or at _ of the actual construction divided into:a)Cost of draft designing-25%b)Cost of construction plans and details-60%and c)C
8、ost of work supervision-15%4.1 If the Employer does not construct the building and issues written notification of termination of contract after the Architect has completed the draft in(a),and has carried out part of the construction plans and details in(b),the Employer shall pay the Architect in:(a)
9、the cost of draft designing-25%,and(b)cost of construction plans and details-60%,in proportion to the work completed.4.2 In case the Employer gives written notification that he does not wish to hire the Architect to design the construction plans and details according to(b)after the Architect has com
10、pleted the draft according to(a),the Employer shall pay the Architect according to(a)the cost of draft designing at 25%.4.3 These professional fees shall be paid by the Employer within 15 days of the Architects submission of the plans to the Employer.4.4 In case the Employer has approved the design
11、draft proposed by the Architect and later gives an order to alter the original draft,the Employer shall pay additional fees to the Architect in proportion to the alteration work done on the original draft and details prepared in accordance with the original draft,except when such alteration is done
12、according to the intention of an agreement between the Employer and the Architect.5.The Architect shall examine and supervise each part of the construction work,part by part,until entire construction is accomplished.6.If the Architect does not comply with the contract or details in any section of th
13、is contract,this shall be deemed a breach of contract on the part of the Architect.The Employer is then eligible to claim for any damages from the Architect.If a breach of contract by the Architect results in the Employer having to hire another architect to continue the work or to restart the design
14、ing,the Architect shall be responsible for any excess fees the Employer may have to pay in advance.7.Construction plans and originals are the copyright property of the Architect and shall be used in this construction only.Other uses or alterations must have the prior written consent of the Architect
