6、n as the control group from Aug 2011 to Jul 2012,which were uniformly received,checked,registered and disposed Note:All instruments were disassembled and cleaned according to the IFU of the manufactures and the guidelines of government and hospital strictly.Parameter of Mechanical cleaning:pre-clean
7、ing for 1min at 30 oC,cleaning for 5 in at 60 oC,rinse three times for 1 min at 30 oC,disinfection and lubrication for 5 min at 90 oC,drying.Additionally,difficult-to-clean instruments had been washed with alkaline detergent after enzymatic cleaning process.Dilution rate of enzymatic detergent at 1:
8、400 Research Method Experimental group:a total of 3358 loaner instruments and implants were set as the experimental group from Aug 2012 to Jul 2013,which were processed by using the professional classified management.Note:Formulated cleaning procedures for the conventional instrument and single impl
9、ant,packing method and handover procedure respectively by using the professional classified management.Different manufacturer labels were placed in the baskets of instruments after classified.Conventional loaner instruments were cleaned by using automatic washing machine,and single implants were cle
