2、ART 03工作计划Hope is the thing with feathersThat in the soul.PART 01工作回顾Hope is the thing with feathersThat in the soul.了公司近年来的改革和发展情况，总结了近年来在加强和改进企业思想政治工作方面所做的工作，指出了思想政治工作所面临的形势和主要任务，部署了当前和今后一段时期分公司开展思想政治工作的具体内容。会议对29篇获奖优秀论文进行了表彰和交流，宣贯了中国电信企业文化纲要，举办了加强企业文化建设，注重提升队伍素质专题讲座。与会代表还围绕政研会工作报告，就“如何加强并改善思想政治工作

3、”、“如何搞好企业文化建设”等进行了分组讨论。积极做好思想政治工作成果应用推荐工作。分公司被市政研会推荐为“江苏省思想政治工作优秀单位”，分公司政研会被省公司推荐为“江苏省思想政治工作优秀政研会”；论文增强学习力，激发创新力，提升竞争力荣获市政研会论文评比一等奖，并被推荐参加省政研会优秀论文评比。四、紧紧围绕“企业精神”大讨论，积极推进企业文化建设 部署了2004年分公司企业文化系列活动。认真组织员工学习贯彻“中国电信企业文化纲要”，结合文明行业创建、学习型企业创建和企业思想政治工作研究活动，通过“企业精神”大讨论，企业文化活动月等活动，加强了企业文化的理论研究和实践，强化员工的竞争意识，鼓励

4、员工立足未来，苦练内功，企业文化建设呈现了良好的开端。根据2004年分公司企业文化活动的总体安排，3月份起在常州全区电信系统开展常州电信“企业精神”大讨论活动。历经了动员发动、学习座谈、内涵表述、初选方案、公开征集、领导讨论、员工评选等阶段，最终确定“勤学善创、守信敢拼”作为常州电信的企业精神。组织开展“创故事、找故事、写故事、讲故事”活动，将中国电信核心价值观、常州电信企业精神故事化，案例化。5月10日先由分公司中层干部开始“讲述常州电信人自己的故事”，8月27日举行了“感动员工、感动用户、感动常州”员工故事大赛。举办“企业文化活动月”系列活动。9月份开展的“企业文化月”以“弘扬企业文化、共
