1、 新外研版必修一新外研版必修一 Unit 1 A new start 教学设计教学设计 & 教学学案教学学案 基本信息 学科 英语 年级 高一 版本及章节 新外研版 高中英语必修一 学习领域 Unit 1 A new start 单元学习主题 高中生活 1. 教学依据 普通高中英语课程标准(2017 年版) 明确规定:普通高中英语课程作为一门学习及运用英语语言的课 程,与义务教育阶段的课程相衔接,旨在为学生继续学习英语和终身发展打下良好基础。普通高中英语课 程强调对学生语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力的综合培养。也就是说,发展学科核心素养是高 中阶段英语学习的方向和目标。 2. 教学原则

2、 整个教学活动遵循“为学而用,在用中学,在学中用,学而能用”的原则,为学生提供语言地道、优 美的阅读文章和灵活多样的学习活动,力图使学生逐步获得独立学习和自主学习的能力。 3. 单元教学内容 本单元包含如下教学内容: (1) 背景激活 (Starting out) 该板块旨在激活学生们已有的背景知识和语言知识。 在本板块, 教师把观看视频活动, 也就是 “看” (viewing) 的活动作为预热和导入,通过视频、文字、图片、问卷调查等多模态语篇,引导学生们积极发表自己的看 法和建议,帮助学生们更好地了解本单元主题,即高中生活。 (2) 主题理解 (Understanding ideas) 该板

3、块通过语篇和阅读活动聚焦核心语言、结构,帮助大家在达成主题理解、实现语言形式与意义深度加 工的同时培养文化意识和思维品质。本单元的阅读语篇是一篇日记(My First Day at Senior High) ,该日记 记录了作者高中生活第一天的经历和见闻。 (3) 功能运用 (Using language) 该板块是对语言技能的综合学习和运用。通过大量的语言实践活动,发展大家的语言技能,为真实生活中 的语言交际做好铺垫。 语法部分采用发现式教学法,用与主题相关的语段呈现语法的语用功能,帮助大家观察、归纳和内化语 言应用的规则。本单元的语法重点是复习英语基本句式结构。在复习基本句式结构的同时,教

4、师引导学生 分析阅读语篇的句式结构,通过分析阅读语篇中句子的句式结构,学生能够加深对英语基本句型的理解和 掌握。另外,教材 P5 还引入一个讲故事活动,该讲故事活动也是围绕英语基本句型的练习和使用展开的, 目的在于巩固和深化学生对英语基本句型的理解和掌握。 词汇部分选取与单元主题相关的词汇。本单元主要涉及学校生活、学校社团相关的词汇和短语。本板块 旨在帮助学生掌握更多可以表达本单元主题思想的词汇,并使学生能够在真实语境中掌握词汇的语用。 听、说部分在统一的话题下综合锻炼同学们的听、说技能,深度聚焦语言的意义和功能,培养大家在真 实语境下的交际能力。 (4) 思维拓展 (Developing i

5、deas) 该板块为学生提供新的阅读语篇(一篇访谈) ,从不同角度进一步呈现单元话题,调动大家的逻辑思维、批 判性思维和创造思维,并以一项读写结合的活动来检验学生们前述学习活动的成果。 (5) 观点表达 (Presenting ideas) 该板块主要以 presentation 这种口头表达的形式,鼓励学生以小组合作的方式,在课堂上发表自己的观点, 对校长提出建议。这种半开放性的活动有利于大家彼此合作,展示个性,充分表达自己对主题思想的理解 和认识。 (6) 自我反思 (Reflection) 该板块列出了本单元话题下可以实现的学习目标,通过自我评价和总结的方式,帮助大家反思自己的学习 成果

6、,进而认识到自己的进步与不足,逐步培养自主学习的能力。 (7) 项目实践 (Project) 该板块提供真实的语境和任务,每个项目活动均由小组合作完成,力求培养大家获取信息、相互合作、学 以致用的能力。 4. 单元教学目标 (1)Enable students to talk about school clubs (2)Encourage students to exchange ideas with each other (3)Enable students to learn to write a journal entry (4)Enable students to describe th

9、 Step 1: 背景激活背景激活 Starting Out Teachers activity 1 (lead in) First, T introduces the topic by asking the students to watch a video. After watching the video, T asks the students to answer some questions about the video and compare their own school life with the school life showed in the video. Secon

10、d, T asks the students to complete the questionnaire on Page 1 in the textbook, and then share their answers with the class. Teachers activities 2 (learn the new words in this part) NEW WORDS AND EXPRESSIONS: senior, senior high, curious, impression, campus, tradition, facility, impressive Students

11、activity 1 First, Ss watch the video and answer some questions about the video. Second, Ss finish the questionnaire on Page 1 in the textbook and share their answers with the class. Students activities 2 Ss learn the new words and expressions in this part. Intentions: These activities aim at introdu

Then T asks the students to exchange their ideas with the class. Teachers activity 2 (While reading) (word study & text analysis) First, T leads the students to learn

14、the new words and expressions. Second, T analyses the reading passage (My First Day at Senior High). Teachers activity 3 (After reading) (summary) T asks the students to finish the exercises on Page 5. Students activity 1 (talk and discuss) Ss tick what they want to include in their diary about thei

15、r first day at senior high and exchange their ideas with the class. Students activity 2 Ss learn the new words and expressions and try to understand the reading passage by text analysis (presented by the teacher) . Students activity 3 Ss finish the exercises on Page 4. In this way, the students can

16、have a clear understanding of the reading passage. Intentions: These activities in Understanding ideas aim to help Ss grasp the details and understand the main idea of the reading passage. 活动意图说明:通过语篇和阅读活动,教师能够引导学生在学习过程中,聚焦核心语言和结构。学生既能 够学习重点词汇和句式,又能够理清文章主旨和脉络结构,从而实现对语篇主题的整体理解。 Step 3: 功能运用功能运用 Using

21、vity 3: Listening and speaking (Making a plan) (1)Students listen to the conversation and find out the main idea of it(Exercise 5 on Page 7). design a poster of their favorite school club.(This is an optional activity.) Intentions: These activities aim to help the students review the basic sentence structures and learn the key words and expressions of this unit. At the same time, these activities can help develop Ss ability to make

Intentions: This part aims to help Ss evaluate what they have learned in this unit. 活动意图说明:本板块引导学生对本单元的学习情况进行评估,帮助学生反思自己的学习成果。 Step 7 项目实践项目实践 Project Teachers activity T asks the students to make a brochure for their school. Students activity Students try to make a brochure for their school. Intentions: This part aims to help Ss finish a project by group work. 活动意图说明:本板块提供真实的语境和任务,目的在于培养学生小组合作的能力和团队协作的精神。
