Listen and Circle Homework 1.Read the dialogue with your partners 2.Draw a plant and write out the different parts names.Lesson 5 第一课时 教学设计 1、教材背景分析 (1)教材分析 本单元的话题是自然,三课之间都是围绕植物与自然展开的。第五课主要 围绕了解植物各部分的英文名称,第六课是在了解第一课时的植物各部分名称 之后,进一步关注各部分的作用,延展到第七课则是进一步关注植物生长过程中 所需要的条件,就自然知识进行了解与探究。本课作为单元的起始课,为本单 元的话题学习打下基础。主要是学生能用英语就植物各部分名称进行问答,理 解并运用 Whats the English for the different parts of a plant? They are.进行简单交流。 (2)学情分析 学生在三年级下册“spring is here”一单元中学过了季节的变化,如 the trees and the grass are turning green.四年级上册“what is nature”一单元通过水的三态变化、同一时间不同天气状况的表达,自然环境、 居住环境以及人与自然的关系等方面都有了初步的认识,科学课也对植物有一 定了解。 五(3)班的学生学习英语积极主动,有较好的英语基础,英语课文能做到 课前认真预习,每天主动听读英语。在课前教师进行了小小的沟通调查,学生 对于自然与科学都很感兴趣,关于植物的各个部位,绝大多数同学都能分清叶、 花、根、种子,有同学不太了解茎。对于本课用英文表达植物各部位名称,学 生已知的词汇有 leaf, flowers,其他部位 stem, roots, seed 有待本节课进一 步学习。 二、教学目标 (一)知识与技能目标: 1. 学生能理解,正确朗读课文,获取课文中的相关信息,并能进行简单表演。 2. 学生能用 Whats the English for the different parts of a plant?询 问植物各部位英文名称并作出相应回答。 3. 学生能在学习植物各部位名称的情境中听懂、会说、认读 different, job, stem, seeds, leaves, roots, flowers 等词汇,并进行简单运用。 (二)过程与方法目标: 1. 通过图片提示,听力训练,以及引导员的讲解理解课文,掌握课文中较难的 单词发音并能简单表演。 2. 通过在句中学词,单词识记,指读拼读等帮助学生理解并掌握单词。 3. 通过图片展示,听读练习,对号入座等学习植物不同部分的英文名称。 (三)情感态度价值观目标: 1. 学生初步了解植物构造,在学习的同时了解大自然,激发热爱大自然的热情。 三、教学重难点 (一)重点: 1. 学生能理解,正确朗读课文,获取课文中的相关信息,并能进行简单表演。 2. 学生能用 Whats the English for the different parts of a plant?询 问植物各部位英文名称并作出相应回答。 3.能够听懂、指认、说出植物各部位的名称。 (二)难点: 1. 学生能用 Whats the English for the different parts of a plant?询 问植物各部位英文名称及回答,并简单运用此句型。 四、教具准备 PPT、金太阳软件、声典蛙、单词卡片、植物图片、话筒道具等 五、教学过程 (一)Warming up 活动 1 :Free talk 活动目标:活跃课堂气氛,导入本节课的学习。 实施方法及师生语言: T:Boys and girls,which season is it now? Do you like spring? What color is spring? Why do you think spring is this color? So spring is beautiful, lets go out with friends and enjoy. 活动设计意图:通过 free talk 的形式和学生进行沟通和课文的导入,营造轻 松的学习氛围,激发学生的学习兴趣,为后面的学习做铺垫。 (二)Presentation and practice 活动 1:Learning the dialogues 活动目标:学习课文新对话,在情境中学习新单词。 实施方法及师生语言: T: Look at our friend . Who are they? They go to the botanical museum to see the plants. Lets listen what are they talking? T: They are talking about spring. What will happen in spring? Lets listen. The leaves and grass will come out. Everything will be green again. T: Everything will be green, so do the plants. Here I have a picture of a plant, lets see. Three students a group to practice. 设计意图:通过整体输入,听录音回答问题,听录音跟读课文,模仿课文,男 女生分角色朗读,两人一组练习等形式学习课文对话内容。 活动 2:Act and show 活动目标:将所学的课文加上动作进行表演,提高理解,增加兴趣。 实施方法及师生语言: T:Please practice in groups and try to act. Ss: Come to the front and show. 设计意图:通过表演的形式让学生更能理解和体会课文的意思及情感,利用头 饰和道具进行表演也会增加孩子们的兴趣。 活动 3:Lets retell 活动目标:挖空进行课文复述,巩固重点词汇同时检测学生课文的掌握情况。 实施方法及师生语言: T: Now please try to fill in the blanks. Pair work. 设计意图:通过让学生用不同的物品表达各部位名称,引发学生的兴趣的同时, 能够运用所学的句子 Whats the English for the different parts of a.? 并进行回答。 活动 2:Listen and circle 活动目标:完成书上的练习题,对所学知识进行练习运用。 实施方法及师生语言: T: Now please look at the picture and listen.
