Build up their confidence and interest in English through songs and activities. Teaching focus: 1. Learn the pronunciation of “r”, “p”, “y”. 2. Get the rules of the

3、 pronunciation of “r”, “p”, “y”. Teaching difficulties: 1. Retell the story. 2. Listen and write the words. 2 Students analysis(学情分析学情分析): 三年级的学生之前没有接触过系统的英语学习, 通过上学期的学 习能够掌握 26 个英文字母,会读会拼写单词。到了下学期在 26 个英 文字母的基础上,再进一步科学地学习字母的发音。他们年龄小,生 性活泼好动,对游戏、竞赛、歌谣等特别感兴趣,有着极强的求知欲 和表现欲。根据学生的心理特点,我在设计教学活动时根据学生的情 况,

4、采用灵活多样的教学方法来吸引学生的注意,努力营造玩中学、 学中玩的教学情境。课堂上以鼓励表扬为主,鼓励学生开口说英语, 鼓励他们大胆说、积极做,注重对学生英语学习兴趣的培养。 Teaching procedure: Step 1: Warming-up: 1. Sing the alphabet song. 2. Leading-in: Talk about students activities on Saturday. (Purpose: review the alphabet, arouse Ss interest and lead in to the topic.) Step 2: P

Show three presents and learn the pronunciation of “r”, “p”, “y”. a: Show the presents and read the words. b: Watch the video and learn the pronunciation. c: Practice the sentences in pairs. 3 d: A game: who can read faster an

6、d better? (Purpose: learn the pronunciation of letter r, p, y through the video, and practice the pronunciation through sentences and competition. ) Step 3: Read the chant. 1. Read the chant together. 2. Chant in groups. (Purpose: get more familiar with this three sounds in chant.) Step 4: Productio

7、n: 1. Task1: Read the story and answer to the questions. 2. Task1: Read, listen and circle. 3. Task3: Push the eggs (Purpose: consolidate the mastery of this three sounds through listening and practices) . Step 5: Summary Summarize what have learned in this class and review the words. (Purpose: make a summary of this class. ) Step 6: Homework 1. Share the story with your parents. 2. Make a word bank about the “r”, “p”, “y”. (Purpose: review what have learned in this class and collect words about 4 these three sounds. )
