Long long ago, there was a very old man 人教版八年级下册人教版八年级下册 UnitUnit 6 6 SectionSection A(1a-2c)A(1a-2c)教学反思教学反思 本节课是学习 Unit 6 Section A(1a-2c)的第一课时,本课时的主题是中国民 间神话故事。1a-1c 主要通过主题图及听力活动导入单元话题。2a-2c 部分是听 说教学。本部分的听力材料巩固和补充了 1a-1c 的语言输入,增加 as soon as,so that, unless 等连词用于故事的叙述,使交际语言更丰富、更完整。 该课时的教学重点是让学生学习讲述故事,在讲述过程中恰当使用连词。难点 是将学生熟悉的中国神话故事内容转换为符合英语表达习惯和思维的语言表达。 由于学生已学习了相关的基础知识,具备相应的知识背景,因此本节课的设计 主要突出以学生为中心,在教学中充分调动学生的主动性,让学生独立思考, 通过观察、分析、讨论等方法来体验解决问题的过程。教师只需要引导和答疑 解惑。 教学过程中注意利用图片、视频、声音媒体等手段进行教学,设置听力与 讲故事所需的真实情境,营造良好的语言学习环境,激发学生的学习兴趣。整 个课堂以学生为中心设置 7 个活动,环环相扣,给予学生多感官刺激,学生在 活动的过程中做到了动眼,动脑,动口,充分调动了学生全身心参与的积极性 和主动性。采用情景视听法,小组合作学习,任务型教学法,为学生设置真实 的情景、语境,使学生在思考、交流、合作探究中学习和使用语言。 在整堂课的教学中,我也知道自身还存在不足的地方,如课堂过渡语言有 点生硬,课堂教学语言不够丰富多彩,教学过程中缺乏一定的激情等,这些缺 点都是我今后努力克服的方向。 1 人教版八年级下册 Unit 6 Section A(1a-2c)教学点评 最近我校陈初霞老师做了一堂初二英语 Unit 6 Section A(1a-2c)的视频课, 作为同科组的老师,我仔细地听完后,对这堂课提出一些自己的想法,与陈老 师共同探讨。 1、课堂导入环节 陈老师采取了图片导入的形式,让学生猜测神话故事图片中的主要人物 Do you know who they are?,这样的导入既降低了难度又能很快吸引学生的注意力, 既激发学生学习本节课的热情,又为进入下个活动 1a 的图片与故事名字的匹配 做好铺垫。 2、听力 1b 环节 陈老师将 1b 设计成两个听力任务,第一个听力任务是听故事的名字,这样 难度就降低了许多。第二个任务是听故事的细节,陈老师给每个细节配了图片, 这样能让学生快速地了解细节内容,也为听力降低了难度,这样既激发学生的 兴趣又提高学生的自信。 3、观看视频环节 1b 听力活动完成之后,在部分学生已经精神不集中的情况下,播放视频, 能把学生的注意力带回课堂,做到时时刻刻把握学生心理活动。而且陈老师设 计的三个问题也很好,问题能通过观看视频回答,有难度梯度设计,第一个问 题 What were the names of the two mountains? 和第二个问题 Where did Yu Gong and his family put all the earth and stone? 比较容易,第三个问题 Who helped Yu Gong take the mountains away?稍微有点难度。但是能自然而然地引出新单词 stone 和 god,可谓一举多得。 4、2a 和 2b 听力环节 在此环节,陈老师给出了 tip,帮助学生更快地了解怎么去听取重要信息, 又落实了听力技巧。并且在听力之后情感目标得到了升华 Where there is a will, there is a way,让学生通过学习愚公移山的故事,学习愚公不畏艰难、永不放弃 的精神。 5、challenge 配音挑战环节合作与竞争 2 九年义务教育教学大纲提出的“变应试教育为素质教育” ,其实就在于让学 生主动参与课堂,而不是让学生一味地接受讲授。陈老师这一环节把学生从 “静”中解放出来,并热情鼓励,耐心引导学生们动脑、动口,并且学会小组 合作配音。这一环节不但要求学生学会小组合作,还要学会小组与小组之间竞 争,有合作有竞争,将本节课推向一个高潮。学生们在给愚公移山故事配音中 既巩固所学知识,又形成运用语言的能力。从听力输入,到配音输出,学生的 “习”才能到达“得”的目的。 6.
