Great! Well done! Perfect! Excellent! 等这样评价的话语可以换着说，让他们多肯定他们自己的表现。 3、以上总结出的几点反思也提醒我在今后的教学中应更注重处理细节和全面 考虑。 反思起来觉得课虽然不完美，但回想自己从着手准备的每一堂课都凝聚了 我对英语教学的思考和热爱。每一堂课都给了我很多宝贵的东西，相信自己会使自 身的基本功更加扎实，上课的技能技巧更加熟练，驾驭课堂和学生的能力会有所拔 高和发展。每一天的常规课是新的尝试，作为一名上进的青年教师只有认真反思， 积极参与实践才能不断提高自己的业务水平。
