Ill prepare to say the lesson from three parts. Part One:Analysis of the Teaching Material (一) Status and Function This unit is about oppos

2、ite words. The subject is close to life and students are interested in it. We have learned some opposite words before, this lesson is the fourth in this unit, which is an extension of the usage of opposite words. (二)Analysis of the students Most students are interested in opposite words, They can sp

3、eak English but they were afraid of making mistakes. According to my analysis and understanding of the content of the text, the kids level in Grade Three, I set the teaching objectives as follows. (三)Teaching aims 1. Knowledge objects To understand the opposite words. Practice English and communicat

4、e with others in the situation. 2.Ability objects To develop the Ssabilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. To train the students how to use their own words to make sentences. 3. Emotion objects Cultivate the spirit of co-operations in group work. Increase their awareness of physical e

5、xercise. (四)Teaching key and Difficult point 1. Key points New words: man woman strong weak New sentences: The man can carry the box, he is strong. The woman cannot carry the box, she is weak. 2. Difficult points: Pronunciation of the new words. Use their own words to make sentences. (五) Teaching Eq

6、uipment Power Point , picturesa big box . They will be needed in this lesson. Part Two: The Teaching Methods 1. Task-based” teaching method 2. Communicative teaching method As we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in primary school is to cultivate students abilities of listeni

7、ng, speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson Ill mainly use “Task-based” teaching method, that is to say, I will let students learn in tasks. Besides it, I will use Communication teaching method to check studentslanguage abilities. To use these metho

8、ds are helpful to develop the studentsabilities. Part Three: Studying Procedures Step 1 Arouse students interest by showing a clothes of spider-man telling them this class spider-man will stay with us , in order to lead the word: man What other words can we use man to form? spider + man = spider-man

9、 snow + man = snowman Police + man = policeman Show a picture of policeman Lead in the word : woman Step 2 Watch a video of spider-man and find out what can he do? He can jump./He can run./ He can climb the wall./He can carry the cable car. T teaches the word: carry T: The spider-man can carry the c

10、able car, so he is strong. T teaches the word : strong What can you carry? T Shows a big box and let students practice the sentence: I can carry the box. The man can carry the box, he is strong. Ask some students to carry the box and say the sentences. At the same time, teacher put some books in the

11、 box, until l There is someone cannot carry the box. The girl cannot carry the box, she is weak. Teacher teaches the word: weak Step 3 Practice the main sentences and then show some pictures . Lets students practice in pairs. Step4 Read the book and do chant. Step5 How can we become strong? Step 6 H

22、e words we have learned so far. 板书设计:Lesson 11 Teaching feedback During the class, I proceeded well as I designed.For me, the most profound thing about the seal is that the time control is not in place, resulting in the free time in the later class, in my future teaching,I need to practice managing

23、my time. Once I raised a question, most of the students could understand and mancanhe is strong. Thecarry , womancannotshe is weak. (cant) gave me the correct answers. When the discussion time came, I divided them into pairs,asking them to do related tasks. What I did not expect was that most of my

24、classmates were active in answering questions, which increased my confidence. In my teaching process, I felt it a pity that I didnt give the students time to present their sentences and correct their mistakes, which I thought I should keep in mind for future teaching. After the class, my workmates gave me some advice, which was quite acceptable and suitable to me.
