As soon as they saw it, all the animals ran towards the block, trying to get treasure out. But there was a weasel(鼹鼠). He didn’t move.
The elephant was using his body to hit the block. Several monkeys, thinking the block was made of cold water, tried to lick the block away with their tongues(舌头). All the animals were trying to break the block, but ended up failing.
However, just then someone said,” look! Something is moving inside the block!”
In fact, it was the weasel. He soon came out with the treasure. They were all surprised to see how the weasel had gotten the treasure without breaking the block.
The weasel told them that before doing that he had taken some time to think and watch. He thought he could get in under the block by digging a tunnel. At the end of the tunnel he built a small fire. It quickly melted a hole in the ice.
The weasel did it by showing everyone that one can achieve more by thinking about problems rather than jumping into action at once.,Reading,射洪中学外国语实验校,1. Who went into the block and moved inside it?
