T: Whats happening? Ss:They could be running for a sport meeting./A robot could be running after a man. Show the

7、 picture c and talk about it. T: Whats the man doing? Ss: He is running. T: Why is the man running? S1: He could be running to catch the bus. He might be late for work. S2: Someone might be running after him. T: What could be running after him? S3: A dog might be running after him. Or an alien might

12、onversation which has no key information. 2. Roleplay the conversation between the man and the woman. Tell them that they shouldnt only recite the sentences in the listening text. They can use their own words. 让学生先练习挖 掉关键信息的对话,然 后再表演对话,由易到 难,提升学生口语表达 的自信心,培养学生的 语言实际运用能力。 Step3 Consolidation Group wo

13、rk Show a picture to student and ask them to make a simple conversation:A: Whats the boy doing? B: He could/might be. I must be dreaming. 教教学学反思反思 1、学生对 UFO 和外星人很感兴趣,课堂气氛活跃,对情态动词表推测的用法掌握较好。 2、听力对话材料较长,学生表演对话有较大的难度,教师可以采用挖空的方式给学生对话提示。由易到 难提升学生的口语表达自信心。 3、开展小组活动时,部分基础稍差的小组不太积极,教师应深入下去加以指导。 4、在教学情态动词表推测这一用法时,学生容易把 mustnt 的用法理解错误。
