Teaching reflection 教学反思 “An imperfect lesson is a real one”. This was a real class that hasnt been rehearsed in advance. Generally speaking, the teaching effect was good except for teacher-student interaction. The beginning of the class rhythm was slightly slower. This lesson gave students and me a very new teaching experience. At first students and I felt fresh about the new teaching environment and at the same time we had a little bit of tension. But gradually even students who rarely speak on weekdays were actively involved. Teaching capacity can be increased by using ppt. It has a strong intuitive character. It can not only activate the classroom, but also improve the students participation. In future teaching, as a teacher, I should pay attention to human factors to improve the efficiency of teaching. And Ill design topics closely related to students as in class to mobilize students enthusiasm. “A teacher should teach for learning”. I should proceed from the reality of students classroom, use teaching materials flexibly and then make the textbook serve the students instead of letting the students adapt to the textbook. Class teaching is a process of bilateral activity. Only by building a relaxing and harmonious learning atmosphere, can the students take an active part in teaching and learning activities. One of the goals of learning reforms is to make students become active in teaching. In addition, Teachers should develop students self-study ability and cultivate the spirit of mutual help among students.
