Ss: 2. Free talk . 1.) San Mao : Who is he ? He is a waif . He is very poor. What does he like ? He is thin and short. But he is kind and brave . 认读单词,造句。 2.) Yao Ming : Who is he ? He is a basketballer. What does he look like ? He is very tall. He is good at playing basketball/He plays basketball very well. 认读单词,造句。 二 Presentation 1.Listen and stick.(第一遍听)1)T: Now , I have got two pictures. Let s listen to the tape and find out which picture is number 1 , which picture is number 2. Then put them in the right place.(出示人物图)2)T: Can you find the answer. OK,I will give you more information. (出示人物大图)。3)Check the answer。 3.学生带着问题听录音(第二遍听) ,引导学生回答问题, 出示文章的句子。2.1)What is his name ? He is Bill.2)Is he short ? Yes , he is. He is short and thin . 画画 请学生选词条贴在黑板上。 3)Is he strong ? No ,he isnt. 4)What is he afraid of ? He is afraid of dogs . He is afraid of getting into the water. 5)Do his parents like him ? No, they dont . His parents are worrying about him. 3.出示表格,补全表格。 (ppt 出示)5.T:Now ,Lets look at this men. How about the men ? 1)学生听录音,看文章,补全表格。2)回答两个问题:Where is he from? What does he do ?6.Do you have a question about two paragraph ? Their names are both Bill ? why ? Are they friends ? Are they brother ?T : they are the same person ? 出示词条: ten years ago/now This is Bill from ten years ago .this is current bill .对比独处句子,并将 is 改为 was are 改为 were.Bill is very tall and strong ,but he was short and thin ten years ago .he is good at swimming and he isnt afraid of swimmingin the sea .But he was afraid of getting into the water ten years ago .T: What does his parents think of him ten years ago ?Ss: His parents were always worrying about him.7.在听录音,找出两个难点问题:1)What does his father do ? He was born in a farmers famliy .2)How old is Bill now? He was short and thin at your age.三 Practice1. 老师自己介绍自己的情况:2出示表格,介绍表格中的人物。3学生结合表格中的内容完成短文。4核对答案。
