2 周一次的集体备课中，每单元确定一位主备人，主备人进行说课，说教学目标，教学重点、难点，教法，学法，教学设计等，其他成员进行补充、指导，初步形成教学设计预案。我组教师都积极参与，基本上能各抒已见，彼此学了不少教学经验，也让我们在以后的课堂教学中，少走了很多弯路，个人素质得到充分的展现与提高。集体备课让我们有更多的精力从事教材教法的研究。我真的觉得自己的教学思想有了很大改观。集体备课若要有实效，首先应该具备的一点应该是备课组老师彼此间的信任与坦诚。每个人多多少少都会有些私心，但假若每个人都将自己的所思所想毫无保留的拿出来，那么，每位教师都会有巨大的收益，比较自己的个人想法和大家的集思广益，其实每位老师都从中受益了。但是我觉得大家在集体备课中还缺少坦诚，还应该毫无保留的将不足指出，给予中肯的建议将自己的经验与教训都拿出来与大家分享，大家充享受集思广益的乐趣的同时还能提高教学经验。其次除主备教师外其他的教师们也应该提前对本次集体备课内容有充分的了解。我觉得高手也不能对所有教材全都把握因此提前了解备课内容十分必要。只有提前了解所备内容，集体备课中才能精心指导，指正，才能预设课堂教学效果，才能将集体备课落到实处。另外，上课评课以后如果觉得这节课不够成功可以大家指导交流后再备再上再评，也可以一课双备，一课双讲，一课双评。因为每个人对教材的把握理解不同，设计思路不同教学风格不同教学效果当然不同。我们可以在集体备课这个交流的平台中提升自己。Unit1
