Hou Yi was not willing to leave his wife, so he told Change the whole story and gave her the elixir to keep i

Change missed her husband so much that she flew to the moon which was nearest to the earth to be a fairy. In the evening, Hou Yi went back home and knew what had happened, feeling shocked
22、 and angry. He took out his sword and decided to kill Peng Meng, but Peng Meng had already run away. Hou Yi was desperate and shouted Changes name to the night sky. Suddenly, he found that the moon was bright and his wife Change was waggling on the moon. Hou Yi ordered his apprentice to take out Cha
23、nges favourite fruit and dessert to show his yearning for his wife. People knew the story and prepared delicious food to pray for Change. Ever since, the custom has spread quickly.
