Step 7 Teaching reflection 反思教学，扬长避短。 本节课除教案中的教学目标外，我还注重培养学生的英语表达能力，所以 这节课的小组活动很多，因为在小组内他们可以互相学习、互相检查。1.小组 活动已初见成效，学生已经训练有素，小组配合较默契，学习效率较高。2.激 励措施适当。本节课我把学生分成了四个小组，每个小组表现好的话，可以获 得“花”的奖励贴，表现积极的小组将会获得更多的奖励。这样的竞争形式能 够最大程度上调动学生的积极性、上进心和团队协作意识，在竞争的氛围内， 不知不觉就学习了知识。
