About _____ minutes.冀教版小学英语五年级下册 Unit4 Lesson21 Exercise 一、教材分析 本课讲述了保持健康身体的又一方面:坚持锻炼。引入一个新句型:动词 短语做主语的表达方法,并且还引入了 minutes 和 hours 的概念,告诉学生们 每天锻炼多长时间为合适,在课文最后安排了一个小儿歌来活跃气氛。 二、学生分析 本课内容比较精练,与学生活动紧密联系在一起,学生会感到非常有趣, 学生本来就喜欢运动,再加上课文中还安排了一个儿歌,所以学生会有很高的 学习兴趣的。 三、设计理念 以学生为主体,结合本课内容让学生用直观的方法来学习新知识。联系学 生实际情况,与学生同学同乐,既使学生学到新知识又海中了课堂气氛,提高 了学生的英语表达能力。 四、教学目标: 1、Students can read,write,say and accurately understand the vocabulary:minutes,hours,exercise 2、教授歌谣“Everyone, Everyone, Reach up High” 使学生能跟着 节拍边做动作边说歌词。 3、通过本课教学,使学生了解健康的生活方式应加强体育锻炼。 五、教学重点: 1、掌握本课四会单词: minutes, hours, exercise 六、教学难点: 1、如何在实际中灵活运用 what do you do for exercise? How much/How many/How often 是难点。 教具、学具 CD,ppt。 七、教学过程: StepStep oneone、GreetingGreeting andand reviewreview 1、 Chant 引出课题 幻灯片出示示不同的时间,让学生回答:What time is it ?复习怎样表达 时间。 2、 教师做出各种不同的动作,让学生回答:What is he doing? StepStep twotwo、NewNew concepts:concepts: 1、 讲解新单词:minutes, hours 用屏幕演示:minutes 和 hours 的概念, 告诉学生 hour 单词特殊,第一个字母不发音,一小时用:an hour 来表示。让 学生回答:How many minutes make an hour? 2、 讲解 exercise 及新课找四到五名自告奋勇的学生来台演示 exercise,让每位自告奋勇的学生(悄声告诉他们所做的动作)表演一种动作, 要求全班学生猜他们在做什么,且引导如下对话:师:Look! They are exercising! (指着每位自告奋勇的学生说)Riding a bike is exercise. Walking is exercise. Running is exercise. What else is exercise? (指 着下一位同学)Playing ping-pong is 生:Exercise.师:Right! Playing ping-pong is exercise. 教学反思教学反思 本课围绕 exercise 锻炼这一话题展开,此话题贴近学生的实际生活,针对 这一点,我从生活入手,做到了以下几点: 一、 教学内容循序渐进 首先在导入环节,通过一段生动形象的小动画片,来揭示本课课题, 并与学生一起讨论“What is exercise?”教师先通过一些图片给学生以提示, 之后再让学生思考“What else is exercise?”教学难度不断加大,让不同水 平的学生都得到有效的提高。 在与学生讨论 exercise 这个话题时,通过学生的旧知引出新知,由 “How often do you exercise?”自然过渡到“How many minutes do you exercise?”并在小组活动中让学生两人一组互问互答,达到了使用所学语言做 事情的目的。 二、 听说领先,读写跟上 高年级英语教学在训练学生听、说的基础上,应逐步培养学生独立思考,读 和写的能力。在本节课为了训练学生的听力和捕捉有效信息的能力,我让学生 不看书听 Danny 和 Mr. Wood 的对话,通过填表的形式,也训练了学生写的能力。 当然,本节课还存在许多需要完善的地方。从教师个人来讲,亲和力不够, 和学生的交流不够,应更深入到学生中间去。也许是由于借班上课,师生间不 够熟悉,本节课学生回答问题不够积极,没有让学生在课堂上充分地展示自己, 如何在这样的情况下打破沉默,让学生积极投入到英语学习的过程中,享受学 习的快乐和成功的喜悦,这是今后我应该努力的方向。
