Speaking activity For me, the kebab meat served on very large and pointy skewers was very different to wh
17、at I am used to. It was cooked on an open fire, and at first I was quite scared. But after taking my first bite, I found it was so delicious I had to keep eating. It was a bit unusual to eat the kebab meat from the large skewer, but I quickly became used to it. There was also a large “naan” bread th
18、at seemed unique to the region. There was braised meat and potatoes on it. It was delicious too. 2. Serving the kebab meat on the sk
19、ewer is certainly a much faster and more efficient way. Maybe in the past the skewer was a large sword that nomadic people used to skewer and cook meat while outside by a campfire. It made me want to learn more! 3.
