Lesson 15 教学设计 一、教学目标 (一) 知识目标: Words: visit the Great Wall palace the Summer Palace Sentence: Were going to visit the Great Wall this morning. (二)能力目标: 通过学习,学生能够了解北京的旅游景点,并进行简单交流。 (三)情感目标 1.培养学生的爱国主义情感。 2.培养学生学习英语的热情。 二、Teaching important points and difficult points: Where are we going to visit today? We are going to visit the Great Wall this morning. When are we going to visit the Summer Palace? Tomorrow morning. 三、Teaching methods: 1. Situational Teaching Method. 2. Communication Teaching Method 四.Teaching aids: 1准备本课幻灯片。 2教师准备长城(the Great Wall) 、明代十三陵(the Ming Tombs) ,颐和园(the Summer Palace)等图片。 3学生准备搜集到的中国境内景点资料。 五.Teaching Steps: 1. Warming-up / Revision (2) 1.sing a song:Lets traval. T:I like travelling very much. Do you like travelling? Ss:Yes. T: Im going to travel during my holidays. Do you want to go with me? Ss:Yes. T:But where are we going? Any ideas? Ss:Introduce some places of China. Watch a movie about Bejing. 2. Presentation (14) 1)Watch a movie about Bejing. T: Look, Bejing is very beautiful, so,Lily,My good friend, She is going to visit Beijing with her parents. Shall we go to Beijing with her? Ss:Sure. T:Where are they going to visit?Can you guess? 2)教师请学生猜一猜,以四人小组为单位,猜猜 Lily 计划去北 京的什么地方参观。 S1: I think he is going to visit Beijing Zoo. S2: I think he is going to visit the Great Wall. S3: I think he is going to visit the Summer Palace. S4: I think he is going to visit the Ming Tombs. 3)学生把各组的讨论结果在班内汇集,当学生建议 Lily 去长 城时,T 出示长城图片,并交谈;当建议去十三陵时,T 出示图片并 与学生交谈;当建议去颐和园时,出示图片,并交谈。等等。如: S1: I think he is going to the Great Wall. T: I think so. Its very long, isnt it? S1: Yes, its the longest wall in the world. 4)Do tasks. (1)Find the new words and learn them. (2)英汉互译 (3)Answer the questions. Listen to the tape, and check the answers. 3. Practice (10) 1)Just speak Ask two groups to be guide. Others groups to be Lily and her parents. And then read the dialouge again. 2)Dialogues. 四人小组按号码分角色轮流扮演课文中的人物表演对话。 4. Assessment (12) Listen to a song:Our world. 5. Additional activities/Homework (2) Make up a travel plan and talk about with parents.
