Teach the pupils the sentences one by one. The pupils guess what is the meaning of the sentences. The students will say it in Chinese. The teacher shows the picture of two chickens, and ask the pupils “How many chickens?”, the students will say “ Two chickens.” Then the teacher will tell them when we will add the “s”.
