How does the water become vapour? 同时要求学生熟练掌握 lesson1 中的四会句子 Where does rain come from? It comes from clouds. 能替换运用于水循 环的整个过程。 2 . 能够用英语简单描述水循环过程、并且画出水循环简易示意 图。 3. 培养学生的观察能力、想象能力、创造能力,向学生传达要 珍惜水源的思想,使学生从小就树立节约用水保护生态环境的责任 意识二:教学内容 1. Target language: where does rain come from? It comes from clouds. How does the water become vapour? Turn on the computer. And write your question. First ,the sun shines and the water becomes warm. Then it becomes vapour. The vapour goes up into the air and turns into clouds. The clouds meet cool air and turn into water drops. These water drops fall down to the earth. That is the rain. Finally, water goes back to the rivers/lakes/and seas. Again the sun shinesand the water becomesthis is the water cycle. 2.Key words: rain、cloud、lake、sea、mountain、earth、sun、mo on、star、rainbow、rain、vapour、cycle、shine、ai r 3.教学过程中应该涉及到必要的体态语,更能帮助学生理解. 三:教学重难点 重点:1.能听说、认读重点词汇,掌握四会词。 2.能熟练掌握句型,并能在实际情景中运用:where does rain come from?It comes from clouds. How does water become vapour? 难点:1.用英语阐述水循环的过程。对于四会句,要求学生能 替换关键词造新句并能在水循环的整个过程自如运用。 2.句子:the clouds meet cool air and turn into water drops. 四:教学准备 1、多媒体课件 2、录音机、磁带 3 实物模具 五:教学过程 1 Warm-up 1)师生互相问好 2)利用多媒体播放自然界水声,让同学猜测,引起同学共鸣。 3)谈论到日常生活中水的重要性,T: We drink water every day. We need water every day. We cant live without water,同时,教育学生们要有节约用水的意识等。 4)引入主题 the water cycle。请学生用中文简述水循环,更 进一步激发学生用英语表达水循环的兴趣自由交谈。 5)出示课件,回顾 lesson1,通过补全单词游戏学生掌握四会 句:where does rain come from?it comes from clouds. 四会词: rain、vapour 、cycle 、cloud、 air、lake、sea. 6)老师带领学生在黑板上进行单词炸弹游戏(rain、vapour、 cycle 、cloud、sun、shine、air、lake) ,对所学部分单词加 以 巩固,游戏结束后,老师听学生读四会词,老师擦掉学生能 读的四会词,对于不会读的四会词,老师后面反复教授,直 至学生会读,为上新课做铺垫。 2. Presentation 1)通过看图的形式开展新课内容的学习.课件出示 4 幅图,引导学 生说出 4 幅图所表述的大概内容。 2)播放课文课件,感知全文。学生逐句跟读。 3)图文结合,启迪学生的理性思考。看第一幅图,教学生 Turn on the computer. All right , and write your question. Step 4:these water drops fall down to the earth Step5:finally, water goes back to the rivers/lakes/and seas. 8)课件展示水循环的示意图,让学生们加深印象。 3. Practice 教师出示实物模具,在黑板上一步一步展现出水循环过程详细 图,通过生动的图片展现使抽象的水循环变得具体化。 (必要时 教师播放水循环过程示意图视频,让学生们把文中静态的水循 环趋向于动态,更能帮助学生们理解、加深印象。 ) 4. Consolidation 1)课件呈现四会单词图片:rain、vapour 、cycle 、cloud、sun、shine、air、lake. 2)要求学生们发挥想象运用到四会词画水循环的简易示意图 3)两人一组:在描述水循环时,采用问答练习,老师把四会 句型写在黑板上,要求学生能够运用到四会句(How does the water become vapour? Where does rain come from? It comes from clouds.) 。然后,教师请小组代表上台,一人画 出水循环简易示意图,另一人叙述水循环的简单过程。 4)老师检查、核对大致答案。 5Assessment 教师根据学生、小组在课上的表现,课后对学生和小组进行奖励。 6Homework 1)理解性的熟读课文 2)抄写一遍第二部分(水循环的步骤) 3)学会用英语描述水循环的详细过程 六、板书设计 板书分为两部分:一部分是本课时的重点四会句型,一部分是 水循环过程示意图,里面包含有本课时的重点四会单词,使学生很 直观的明白本课时所学习的内容。整个板书重点突出,简洁易记。 We drink water every day.
