He/She is _(short/tall/thin/fat). 五、教学反思五、教学反思 在本节课的教学中，首先是以抢答的形式复习了家庭成员词汇，调 动了学生的积极性，激发了学生的学习兴趣。接着让学生介绍了自己的 家人，一是检查了学生对上节课的掌握情况，又检查了学生完成作业的 情况。然后，以一首歌曲“Finger Family”来开始新课的学习，对学生 保持学习兴趣是有帮助的。接着通过问答的方式展示“Baby Finger”的 形象，如：What colour is her hair? Wha t colour are her erys? Is she tall or short?从而引出描述长相也可以用 She has_hair/eyes. She is_(tall/short/fat/thin).这样的句式。 通过旧知引出新知，过渡平缓自然，学生易于接受。然后让学生以小组 为单位在组内讨论 Finger Family 其他成员的长相来进一步掌握新知， 突破难点。在课文环节，呈现表格，学生带着任务听读课文，提取信息 完成表格，可以全面的理解课文。并让学生拿出事先准备好的画来描述 家人或朋友的长相。最后是一个 guessing game，让学生通过老师的描述 猜出来相对应的人物。 作业是教学的延伸和补充，是教师用来检查教学效果的重要手段， 为了更好的巩固所学，让学生写一篇自己家庭成员或朋友长相的短文。
