30、ad,the disadvantages and the advantages against each other,e.g.might be too time consuming,might not fit personality of the coachee,might lack certain hard skills to do it,etc.Step 3:Check options against the goal:Will this option help to achieve the goal the coachee was setting him/herself earlier?
