Warming up T asks S plan for the coming weekends and lead in Unit 5 topic. “What are you going to do on this weekend?” “I am going to study/play computer games

Lead in by showing PPTs Show them pictures of game shows, sport shows, talk shows, talent shows, news, cartoon, sitcom and soap operas. 3. Game Have the students said out the words and phrases after

5、 a quick look at the words shown. 4. Practice Listening Have the students listened to a dialogue of Grace and Sarah, and answered the questions I gave out. 5. 7、 one of the six TV programs from the teacher. Step 2. Ss will write down key words of the TV show, such as interesting, funny, exciting and so on. Students will write down a short introduction about the TV show. Step3. Ss will post all the information on a piece of clean paper for the presentation. 7. Activity 2: One of the Ss in a group will put on a tag to pretend to be a TV reporter and present their TV programs in front of the other groups.
