Greeting and lead-in Greet with students with Good morning, students. How are you? Lets listen to a song and do the actions together. What are

5、 you doing? Im watching TV. Im watching TV. What are you doing?Im cooking, cooking, cooking, cooking. What are you doing? Im eating,eating En, Yummy! What are you doing? Im washing my hands. (purpose: Its to make students be relaxed and active in this class.) Today, we will learn a new lesson. Leson

6、8. Last class, we know Li Ming, Mrs. Li, Danny and Jenny arrive in Beijing. Boys and girls, what do you know about Beijing? Can you say some famous places? Please hands up. Then teacher present the picture: Tiananmen Square, the Great Wall, the Palace Museum, Wangfujing Street, and let students read

7、 it together. OK, boys and girls, where do Danny and Jenny go today? Can you guess? Students: Tiananmen Square. (purpose: Its to make students come to this class with mind and heart.) Step 2. Presentation Teacher gives students 3 minutes to read it by themselves and plays a tape about this lesson an

8、d answer the questions. 1.Is Tianan men Square big? _, Tian an men Square is _. 2. What are the children doing? The children _ _ 3.What are the men doing? They are _ _. 4. Can Jenny fly a kite?_ she _. 5. Can Danny fly a kite? _ , he _. This is _ (purpose: Its to check students the effect of preview

9、ing.) Talk about the passage in the book Let the students read after me “square” together and in each line. Then let the students look the picture and read after me “Tiananmen Square is very good.” In the same way to present “ There are many people here!”. Then let the students look at another pictu

10、re and ask them what are they doing. Students answer “ they are taking pictures”. Then teacher write “take a picture” and “take pictures” on the blackboard, and let students read them and understand them. Then let students read after me “Some people are taking pictures on the square.”Then show anoth

11、er picture and let one student who volunteer read the sentence “ there are many children. They are playing.” Then show one picture and ask “what are they doing?” Students answer “they are flying kites”. Then teacher writes “fly a kite” and “fly kites” on the blackboard, and let students read them an

12、d understand them. Then show the pictures , read and understand “Lets fly a kite! This is easy. Oh, no! This is difficult!” and guide the students to notice the pronunciation “say” and “says” and to understand “easy” and “difficult” . Then, show pictures about Danny and Jenny and Let students read a

Thanks” Let students notice “hurt, worry” (purpose: Its to make students read the new words correctly and understand the passage.) Do a role play to consolidate what students have learned. One student is Danny, and yo

Teacher lift the sixth picture and ask students “ What is the boy doing?” One student answer “ The boy is taking a picture.” Teacher write “take a picture” and paste the picture on the blackboard. 23、and master the new sentences.) Look at the blackboard, read the words and write one passage. (Purpose: Its to make students consolidate what they have learned.) Show Time. After 7minutes ,teacher ask two students to show their passage and correct their mistakes. (Purpose: Its to make students be bra
