2 Module 1 Changes and differences Our new home studystudy diningdining roomroom Homework:MakeHomework:Make a a dialoguedialogue 沪教沪教 2011 课标版三年级起点课标版三年级起点 5B Module 1 Changes and difference Unit 2 Our new home! 教学设计教学设计 (第一课时)(第一课时) 教材分析: 本课是第一模块第二单元第一课时,呈现了 Brown 一家乔迁新居后,父亲 和 女儿 Sally 的情景对话。语言输入量较大,句式较多,要求学生能根据实际情况正确掌握它们在 语境中的运用,尽量用丰富的句式,阐述自己喜欢的某个场所或事物的理由。 学情分析: 五年级的学生有了两年的学习基础,已经形成一定的语音、语调、语感,有了好的英 语学习习惯和方法。本课句式较多,语言输入量也很大,学生课前已经预习,相信在师生 共同努力下,学生一定会在实际语言运用中习得本课句式并自如运用。为学生今后的语言 学习奠定良好的基础。 教学目标: 1、通过 Listen and enjoy 的儿歌朗读,活跃课堂气氛,并引出本单元的话题。 2、帮助学生学习 look and learn 的词汇,为本单元的句型学习打好词汇基础。 3、通过 Listen and say 中关于新家的对话,让学生在实际语言运用中习得语言。 教学重点: 1、能掌握单词 why, because, study, dining room 2、会运用句型 Do you like? I like Why? Because 教学难点: 在实际语言环境中运用所学句型,提高学生综合语言运用能力。 教学方法: 任务教学法、情景教学法。 教学过程: Pre-task preparations 1、出示第一个问题,让学生看 Listen and enjoy 的图片讨论问题。 Q1:Who lives in the shoe? T:Who lives in the shoe? S1:An old woman. S2:An old woman and her children. S3:An old womans big family. 播放录音,出示第二和第三个问题,学生听录音后讨论问题。 Q2: What does the old woman do? Q3: What does she say? T:What does the old woman do? S1:She gives the children some food. T: . What does she say? S2: Its time to go to bed. 最后,学生跟录音集体朗读儿歌。 2、呈现一套房子的图片,学生边欣赏图片边思考以下问题。 Q4:Whats in the room? S1: There is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and two beds. S2: There is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two bathroom and three bedrooms. While-task procedures 1、依次出示不同房间的图片或单词卡片,让学生说出与这些房间对应的英文单词并拼读 这些单词,以复习学过的相关内容。 T:(Pint the picture of the kitchen) Ss:Kitchen. K- i -t-c-h-e-n, kitchen. . 紧接着,学生根据一张书房的图片学习单词 study(彩印图片贴在黑板上). T:Look. This is a study. Is there a study in your room? S1:No, there isnt. S2:Yes, there is a study in my room. T:What can you do in the study? S1: I can read books in the study. S2: I can do my homework in the study. S3: I can play computer games in the study. T: Do you like your study?Why? S4:Yes,I do. (引导学生用 Because 回答原因) S5: Because it is clean/tidy/big/bright 然后,用同样的方法带领学生学习单词 dining room. 2、大屏幕出示各个房间图片,让学生回答这样两个问题: 1)Which room do you like? 2)Why do you like it? 3、播放 Listen and say 的动画,听录音后回答问题。 1) What are they talking about? 2) Are they happy with their new home? 4、出示以下细节问题,让学生带着问题再听一遍录音后作答,以培养学生捕捉关键信息 的 能力。 1) Which room does Sally like? 2) Which room does Sallys dad like? 3) What do Peter and Paul like? 5、在回答完细节问题后,教师出示问题 Why do they like their new home? 并再次播放录 音,让学生听完录音后,两人一组谈论上述问题。 S1:Why does Sally like the living room? S2:Because it is so big. Why does Sallys dad like the study? S1:Because it is quiet. He can read and write there. Why do Peter and Paul like the garden? S2::Because They can play in the garden all day. 4、学生四人一组,扮演 Brown 一家,操练对话,巩固运用核心句型。鼓励学生尽量模仿 录音中的语音语调。 S1:(act as Mum) Why do you like our new home? S2: (act as Sally) I like our new home because the living room is so big. S3: (act as dad) I like our new home because the study is quiet. I can read and write there. S4: (act as Peter) Paul and I like our new home because we can play in the garden all day. Post-task activities 让学生完成课本第 9 页 Why do Browns like their new home?Match and say.的练习。 Homework: Make a dialogue. Choose your favorite room .Write down the reasons why do you like it. Make a dialogue in pairs. 选择你最喜欢的房间, 说明喜欢它的原因,两人一组编一 个对话。 ,
