12、d to go through an amount of paper towels on a daily basis, but its easy enough to take old T-shirts or towels and cut them up to use to wipe down surfaces. Im also a fan of bamboo paper towels, which have the look and feel of traditional paper towels, yet are made from a highly renewable source and

13、 also break down in just 45 days. Better yet, they can be reused up to 100 times. As for kitchen sponges (海绵块), I keep an eye out for those made with natural and recyclable materials. When purchasing household items online from companies like Amazon or Jet, I will ask to have them shipped in as few

14、boxes as possible or as small a box as possible if a single item is to be sent. During the 1950s, Dr Spock became famous. He wrote articles for magazines, appeared on TV programmes, taught at universities and gave sp

30、eeches to talk to parents about their concerns (担心). Benjamin died in 1998 at 95. Yet his advice still continues to affect the lives of millions of children and their parents. An 80-year-old Japanese mountain climber who has had four heart surgeries (手术) reached the top of Mount Qomolangma on Thursd
