Its a readingfrom Unit 8 of Book A in Grade 9.The second, This is another work by O. Henry.AndIt can help Ss further read and taste literary classics.Part 2.Analysis of Stud

4、entsThe students are in Grade 9. For this lesson, they will learn the reading about theliterary classics. Students in this class have finished learning O.Henry s the gift ofMagi, and have a certain understanding of the writer.They have ideas about literaryworks ,but their expression is not fluent. A

5、nd they have a good foundation in English,active thinking, love challenges and performance.Part 3. Understand the main idea of the article in depth.Part 5.Teaching methods 教学方法I will use Communicative teaching method, Situational Teaching method,Task-based Teaching method and Student-centered Teaching methodI design some tasks to help the students learn. I think if I want to improve thestuden

9、tsoral English, I should give them enough chances to practice and I will usepair work, group work to let the students take part in all kinds of activities.
