You are also kindly requested to accurately record the odometer readings and timely inform us the necessary maintenance, if essentially needed. Meanwhile, please bear in mind that the notice of any accid
6、ent has to be given within 12 hours to us so that we can timely handle with the same as per the insured policy. Otherwise, we might be deprived of the opportunity to claim and the Insurer might potentially reject to indemnify the loss against any such occurrence. Besides that, the routine management
7、 of the assigned driver for each vehicle shall be rested with the user viz. the Employer & the Engineer. Hopefully, the time sheets of the drivers and the reasonable consumption of fuel shall be properly recorded on the daily basis. If you agree so, we can provide you with the fuel coupon from the d
8、esignated fuel station in the vicinity of the working site for your convenience. It is worth mentioning that the vehicles except for the Land Cruiser Prado shall be returned to the Contractor within 1 month after issuing the Taking-Over Certificate and the return of Prado shall be done upon the end of the Defects Notification Period under the Contract.
