Yes, there are./ No, there arent. 3, Is there a (garden) in your home? Yes, there is. / No, there isnt. 2,通过小组讨论、展示活动,增进学生间的交流,鼓励学生大胆表 现自身英语学习能力。增加对家、校的自豪感。培养

3、爱校、爱家的良 好品质。 3,利用多元教学,针对所教内容和学生个性特长,最大限度在听、 说、读、写四方面让学生得到最大的发展。 三,教学重点和难点 通过学校和家的真实图片,真实数据,帮助学生正确运用 There be 句型介绍自己的学校和家。 四,教学准备 1,多媒体课件、音乐视频和单词卡片; 2,随堂习题; 五,教学步骤 Step 1: Warming up 1, Greetings Hello!/Hi!/ Whats your name?/Can you sing?/ Can you watch TV? 2,Review-Stand and say out the words loudly

4、 There are words in the turntable. The turntable goes around. When it stops, students may stand and read the words as quickly as loudly. (Teachers plays the turntable and shows the words: garden, kitchen, playground, library, art room, bedroom, living room, teachersoffice ) (设计意图: 热身阶段先通过 “幸运转盘” 快转,

5、 学生起立快读形式, 复习已学过的各类功能室单词,激发学生学习热情,抓住学生学习专 注度。为后面的复习环节打下基础。 ) 3,Review-Ask and answer T: Can we sing in the music room? Ss: Yes, I can./ No, I cant. T: Can we run in the classroom? Ss: Yes, I can./ No, I cant. (设计意图:对各类功能室的日常使用进行提问。从而提高学生对各 室使用规则的了解。培养学生遵纪的良好习惯。 ) Step 2:Presentation 1, T: Do you lov

6、e our school? Whats in our school? Teacher shows the pictures of the gym, the hall, the library, the playground. Pay attention to “There is a”.Teacher writes “a”on the word cards. Students read aloud the sentence. Present: Whats in our school? There is a gym, a hall, a library, a playground. (设计意图:通

7、过询问学生对学校的了解情况,复习 There is a) 2,T: There are many rooms in our school. Do you know how many classrooms in our school? Teacher presents the pictures of each grades. And lets count. Ss: There are 36 classrooms in our school. (设计意图:我校班级数量多,通过 count 来确定教室数量,真实, 直观、准确。 ) 3,T: What about teachersoffices? H

8、ow many (teachersoffices) are there in our school? Present: music rooms, art rooms. Fill in blanks and talk in pairs. (设计意图:紧扣上一步,复习 There are使用学校功能室真实照 片,学生熟悉,激起其学习兴致。 ) Step 3:Practice 1, Review the new words and the sentences, students clap and chant in groups together. Encourage the students to

9、change the key words. Then present their own chants in front of the class. (设计意图: 根据学生年龄特征, 先通过老师引导拍手朗读掌握节奏, 再分小组进行操练。课堂趣味性较高,学生开口朗读展示自我才能较 好。 ) 2, Order the sentences Teacher shows 11 sentences on the board. And show the first sentence to help the students. Then the students read them in groups and

10、 make the correct order. After that, let the students read the passage together. This part is a little bit difficult. (设计意图: 通过排列句子和读句子, 学生学习如何介绍自己的学校。 由于答案不是唯一的, 学生在讨论过程中可以充分发挥自己的意见和 建议,各抒己见。相信可以碰撞出不少的学习火花。 ) Step 4:Presentation 1,Listen ,remember and answer the questions T:You can introduce your s

11、chool now. What about your home? First, lets listen a song. Its about Miss Cais home. Then, play the song and ask the students to remember the information in it . Question: Is there a living room in Miss Cais home?/ Is there a kitchen?/ Is there a dining room?/ Is there a garden? (设计意图: 通过歌曲巩固重点句型和单

12、词, 调整课堂后半段的气氛。 同时边听歌曲边记住歌词信息,再提问相关问题。既可以抓注学生学 习的注意力,也为课堂增加了一点竞技气氛。 ) Step 5 Practice Review the sentences and words T: There is a garden in Miss Cais home. Is there a garden in your home? Review: Is there a garden in your home?/ Are there three bedrooms in your home? (设计意图:从 Miss Cai 家的 garden,引导到学生

13、自身家庭的情况。 比较直接,相信学生会接受得比较好。 ) Step 5 Extension T: There are three bedrooms. But, do you remember how many bedrooms are there in Miss Cais home? (There is one.) T: There is only one bedroom in my home. I am sad. So, I have a dream. I want a big house. Show Miss Cais home, ask and answer the questions.

14、 How many bedrooms are there?/Is there a dining room?/Are there three bedrooms?. (设计意图:通过展示 Miss Cai 的 dream home,再次复习巩固重点 单词和句型,为写作练习作铺垫。 ) Step 5 Writing practice Draw your dream house, then write a passage to introduce your home. (设计意图:模仿 Miss Cai 的 dream home,画出自己的 dream home, 并用一段话来介绍。综合检测学生对本课知识重难点的掌握程度。 ) Step 6: Emotion Show the pictures of school and home. Encourage the students to keep them clean and protect them. Love school and love home! (设计意图:展示学校和家的照片,鼓励同学们用自己的行动来表达 对学校对家的爱! )
