Periods Divided:1 period ( 40 minutes ) Teaching Materials: Multi-media, paper, chalk, gift Teaching Process: Step 1: Warming up 1: greeting. 2: sing a song. (Letter songs ) Students sing together and do follow the teacher. 通过歌曲帮助学生复习语音,为学习新

3、的知识做铺垫。这不仅达到了复习 的目的,同时又调动了学生全面参与到教师组织的活动当中,成为学习的 主人。学生也可在歌曲中放松紧张的心情,以更加自信的状态学习英语。 Step 2: lead-in Sharp eyes Use the ppt to have the students guess. Show some letters quickly, and then students say. Eg: ce-/s/ ri-ce-rice - 2 - (通过 sharp eyes 的游戏,不仅调动学生的兴趣,也帮助学生复习如何 进行拼读单词,为接下来的学习做铺垫,也通过 sharp eyes,引

4、出今天的学 习目标 EA /i:/。) Step 3: Presentation (1) Enjoy and find First, students enjoy the story. There are some words contain EA. Then, have the students find the words contain EA. Students can spell to answer. Eg: r-e-a-d (通过找这个步骤,加深学生对今天所学知识的印象,也引起学生对接下 来教学的兴趣。) (2) Think and learn Firstly, students w

5、atch the video (how to read these words), and then think whats the EAs sound. Secondly, students watch another video (how to sound EA), and then learn to say EA / i: /. (通过听含有 EA 单词的发音, 让学生思考 EA 的发音, 有利于学生记忆。 通过视频学习/i:/,不仅能引起学生的兴趣,也让学生更准确的掌握/i:/) (3) learn and read First, the teacher shows the proce

6、dures of teas pronunciation. Students read after teacher. Eg: e-a -ea t-ea-tea e-a-ea r-ead-read Lastly, encourage the whole class to read together. - 3 - (通过跟读步骤, 让学生熟悉如何去拼读一个新单词, 为接下来的 read by yourself 做准备) (4)Try and practice 4 students in a group to practice some new words. And then ask some stu

7、dents to show. (通过练习,不仅检测学生是否掌握 EA 的发音,也让学生学会新单词, 更有利于学会拼读。 ) (5)learn and read Show some more difficult words, and then students read it together and then read by themselves. Eg: cr-eam-cream cl-ean-clean (让学生学会拼读更难的单词。) (6)learn and chant Students chant the new words together. Step 4: Practice (1)

8、 Listen and fill Students listen to the story, and fill the blank. (通过练习,检验学生对是否掌握了本节课的教学重点,也通过练习的方 式巩固加深学生对 EA 及 新单词 的掌握。) Step 5: Extension 1) chant and draw Students chant and draw the words contain /i:/ (通过划出/i:/的单词,检测学生是否掌握 EA 的发音,也由此引出 EE 组 - 4 - 合也发/i:/的音) 2) read and learn Students try to re

9、ad more words contain EE. 3 ) show time Students enjoy some sentences. Step 6: Sum up Students look at the blackboard, and then say what we have learn today. Students say : today we learn the sound /i:/, ea can sound /i:/, these are some words “eat,tea,cream,clean,speak,read”. we also learn ee/i:/. Teacher says what other letters can sound /i:/? Here comes your homework. (通过让学生说出本节课所学的单词音标,进行再次的复习和巩固。同时 也是对课上学习结果的反馈和了解。) Step 6: Homework 1)find other letters sound / i: /. 2)find more words contain ea ee, and try to read Blackboard Writing: Unit4 Free Time Sounds and Words - 5 -
