1、Book 8 Unit 4 Reading and writing 教学内容: Book 8 Unit 4 Feeling excited Reading and writing 教学目标: 1、掌握下列单词和短语:presents, Christmas tree, Santa Claus, suddenly, lots of presents, at all 2、能正确理解和朗读短文内容。 3、能独立完成相应的课后练习。 教学重点和难点: 1、阅读方法与技巧引导和渗透。 2、独立完成写作。 技能目标 1、能初步掌握在短文中划找信息和新知的阅读方法。 2、能利用关键词,句对本课内容进行复述。
2、学情分析: 六年级的学生已经接触了两年半英语,有一定的英语基础。他们活泼 好动,对新事物有着强烈的好奇心,探索知识的欲望很强烈,并且有着很 强的表现欲。但由于教材难度偏大,学生的学习兴趣难以保持,两极分化 较严重。因此,本学期应注重转化后进生,因材施教,分层教学,保持学 生的学习兴趣。本课的设计也尽量照顾各个层次学生的需要,尽量让每个 层次的学生都能体现成功感,调动他们学英语的积极性。 教学过程: Step I: Pre-reading 1. Greetings. How are you feeling today? . Why are you tired/ excited/ happy.?
