1、The three Little Pigs教学设计 【教材版本】 人教版 PEP 六年级下册 Appendix 6 Short plays The three little pigs。 【学情分析】 本课内容以小学六年级学生为教学对象。 六年级的学生能够已经经过了三年多的英语学 习,对于一些简单的英语绘本应该可以读懂,而且学生对于英语绘本也比较感兴趣。大部分的 学生都听过三只小猪的故事,而且具有了一定的英语阅读理解能力,在老师的提示、指导 下,学生阅读、 理解本文将不难,甚至可以进行尝试复述故事和角色表演,从而提高学生的英语 阅读能力和英语阅读兴趣。本课时为总复习中的课外阅读练习,旨在提高学生
2、的课外阅读能 力,培养热爱英语阅读的好习惯。 【教学目标】 1、知识与技能目标: 1)能阅读、理解故事并根据故事内容回答问题。 2)能用简单的语言复述故事。 3)能有感情的表演故事。 2、情感目标: 1)培养学生对英语的兴趣,保持积极的学习态度。 2)能与同伴合作完成任务。 3)能从故事中得到启发。 【教学重难点】 用英语复述故事并表演。 【教学准备】 多媒体课件、表演道具。 【教学过程】 Step 1: Warm-up 1. Greetings. T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, Ms Wang . 2. Sing a so
3、ng. T: Firstly, lets sing a song “If you are happy” Ss: Ok.(师生同唱歌曲作为热身,活跃课堂气氛) T: Are you happy? Ss: Yes. T: But someone is unhappy. Whos he? Ss: ( A wolf). T: So read after me w-o-l-f wolf. How do you think of wolf? Ss: Its a big bad wolf. T: Today we have a guest. He is coming.Listen , what do you
4、 hear? Yes ,its a pig. Its so cute. And these are pigs. (用开心一词引出不开心的灰太狼,让学生说说狼,听声音介绍小猪, 为三只小猪的出现作铺垫.) T:Today I will divide you into 2 groups : the wolf group and the pig group. If you do well in class I will give you a star. So children come on please! Do you like reading stories? Ok ! lets share a
5、 story together. It named“The three little pigs” .So read the title together. (询问学生是否喜欢听故事引入本课课题,并齐读。) Step 2: Presentation and drill 1. Watch the cartoon. T: Yes, lets watch the cartoon and try to answer the questions.Who are in the story?What are the pigs doing? (带着问题观看动画,了解故事大致的情节,激发学生阅读的兴趣。) Boy
6、s and girls, are you familiar with this story? Ss: Yes. T: Now answer my question : Who are in the story? 2. Introduce the pigs. (不看课本,介绍四个主人公) 3. 接着询问 What are the pigs doing? 在此基础上介绍小猪建 房子用的材料. Learn some important new words and sentences. T: Good job. Guess the meaning. Ss: 用建房子 T: Can you read?
7、Ss: Street, draw, straw. (Use the same way to teach new words “stick” and “brick”) (单词教授部分利用两个旧单词中的音素或字母组合发音组合成新 的一个单词,让学生主动试读后教师再教授,体现学生主体和教师主 导的地位) 4. Learn the chant. Straw, straw, straw. I build a house with straw. Stick, stick, stick. I build a house with sticks Brick, brick, brick. I build a h
8、ouse with bricks. (欣赏韵律诗“Build a house”,猜测意思,让学生关注故事中三只 小猪的三座房子时用不同材质建成,导致不同的结果。也为教师教授 三种材质“稻草”、“木棍”、“砖头”作铺垫。) T: Can you chant? Ss: Yes. T: Have a try. (Ss try to chant with the video) 5、T: Lets try to read together. And find out how did the wolf break the house? Ss: . (学生掌握单词后马上套用到句子进行朗读,一是巩固新词学 习
9、新句,二是为进一步阅读理解降低难度。) T: Wonderful. 5. 呈现狼的图片并问道:Who is coming? How did he break the house? Its time for you to read. So pick up your pens and underline the key sentences. Check the answers together. Tell the children “No pains, no gains.” Step 3: Practice 1. Read the play and act it out. T: Your perf
10、ormances are so amazing. Step 4: Extension and consolidation T: The story is so funny. After that what will the first and second pig do? You can discuss with your partner. T: Different wolves have the similar endings. Boys and girls, the 3rd little pig wasnt afraid of the big bad wolf. The wolf is a
11、 big difficulty, do you afraid of the difficulties in life or study? Ss: No. T: Good. The 3rd little pig works hard. As a student we have to study hard. Follow me, study hard, study hard.
