NameMother/father Age Birthday Favourite food Favourite season Favourite sport Favourite colour 沪教版小学牛津英语五下 Unit3 My Birthday 教学设计 一、学情分析 学生在上册复习单元 Recycle2 以及本册 Unit2 Part C 中已经初步接触过表示月份 的单词,对本单元所学知识有一定的知识储备,但 12 个月份的读法和缩写方法 对于他们仍然是个难点。此外,20 以内序数词的用法以及变化规则也是一大难 点。因此教师应着重针对难点为学生设计活动。 二、单元内容分析 1本单元围绕与学生生活联系紧密的“生日”展开话题,并将话题延伸至谈论 节日日期。重点在于 12 个月份的单词、20 以内的序数词,以及询问并描述生 日、节假日日期的句型。难点在于教会学生准确认读、听懂、会说 12 个月份的 单词,并掌握序数词的变化规律。 2单元教学课时安排:三课时 三、单元教学目标 1能力目标 (1)能够说出 12 个月份的名称以及数字 1 到 20 的序数词形式。 (2) 能够询问并回答某人生日在哪一月份,如:When is your birthday? My birthday is in June .能够表述家人或朋友的生日在哪一天,如:“Uncle Bills birthday is in June .”等 (3)能够询问并回答某天是几月几号,如:“Whats the date? Its February 2nd.” (4)能够询问并回答某人生日是否在某一月份,如:Is her birthday in June? Yes. (5)能够听懂、会唱歌曲“ When Is Your Birthday?”。 2知识目标 (1)能够掌握 A、B 部分 Lets Learn 中的生词的缩写形式,以及 Read and write 中的四会单词和四会句子。 (2)能够听、说、认读 A、B 部分 Lets talk 中的句型和 A、B 部分 Lets learn 中的三会单词。 (3)能够了解字母组合 ear, eer, ch, sh 的发音规则并能读出例词。 (4)了解 Story time、Good to know 等部分的内容。 3情感、策略、文化等有关目标 (1)情感目标:引导学生热爱自然、关心环境与气候变化。 (2)学习目标:引导学生注重小组合作学习,广泛阅读,扩广知识面。 (3)文化目标:引导学生了解中西方共有的或特有的节日和风俗。 A 第一课时 一、教学内容与目标 1教学内容:Main scene Lets start Lets chant A. My birthday is in调查班级或小组内 同学的生日。 d能听懂、会唱歌曲“When Is Your Birthday?” 二、教学重、难点 1重点是 12 个月份的听、说、认读及其缩写形式的书写,以及句型:When is your birthday? My birthday is in的运用。 2难点是 January , February 的发音和正确书写 12 个月份的简写形式。 三、课前准备 1教师准备录音机及磁带。 2教师准备 12 个月份的单词卡片。 四、教学步骤 1热身/复习(Warm-up/ Revision) (1)Daily talk: Whats your favorite season? Whats your favorite month? 出示 12 个月的卡片并板书 month。 比较 month 和 mouth 的发音。 (2)Lets start. 请学生翻到课文第 26 页独立做题,并校对。 2呈现/操练(Presentation/Practice) (1)单词呈现 a教师指着 12 个月份的单词卡片,对学生说:There are 12 months in a year. Which months are warm? Who knows? b教师继续说:March is warm, which season is it in? Spring, summer, fall or winter? 引导学生一起回答:Its in spring. 将 march 的卡片贴在黑板上“春季” 的方框里。同理教学 April and May . c教师指着“夏季”方框,画一轮艳阳,表情夸张地说:Oh, summer is after spring. And its very, very hot. Which months are in summer? 根据学生的回答教 学 June, July, August. d师生一起做“Before and After”游戏。教师面向学生,宣布游戏规则:在 March 和 August 六个单词中,教师随机给出一个单词,并举左手或右手。举 左手,学生说出该单词前的一个月份,举右手,则说出后一个月份。 eT: Summer is too hot for me. Guess, which season do I like best? S: You like T: I like fall best. Because my birthday is in fall. 通过让学生猜老师的生日具体在秋季的哪个月份,新授单词 September, October, November。 f教师在“冬季”方框中画上雪花,做出“冷”的样子说:Now we have the last season-winter . How cold it is! It snows! What is it? 学生会问:Is it December ? 教学单词 December, January, February。 g巩固读与写 (a)听录音跟读。 (b)找出 12 个月单词的共同点(首字母大写)。 (c)总结缩写方法。 (2)教学句型:When is your birthday?
