Did you play football?/ Do a survey Back 小学英语六年级下册 Unit 4 A different weekend Unit 4 A different weekend 教学设计(第一课时) 一、教材分析:本课出自于六年级下册 Unit 4 A different weekend 第一课时。这是一节运用 所学知识表达此时正在所做的事情的一课时。 二、学情分析:六年级的学生对于英语已经有了一定的自主学习能力,同时,学生已经掌 握了较多的动词短语,为本课时的学习打下了基础。本课时,学生将在已学动词短语的基 础上,掌握正在进行时的构成以及部分动词的正在进行时态,同时,谈论现在正在干的事 情。 三、教学目标: 根据本教材的特点及新课标对六年级学生学习英语的要求,我制定了以下教学目标. 1)认知目标:能够听、说、读、写短语 watched TV、washed the clothes、cleaned the room、played football、visited grandparents,掌握规则动词一般过去式的构成,以及部分不 规则动词的过去式形式;同时,能听懂问句 What did you do last weekend?并做出正确回答; 能运用所学语言知识完成 Lets find out 的任务. 2)能力目标:能够用一般过去时描述自己在过去时间里所做的事情. 3)情感目标:通过本课语言知识的学习,教育学生多熟悉身边的人所做的事情,并能做到经 常关心他人. 四、教学重难点 1)重点:听说读写短语 watched TV、washed the clothes、cleaned the room、played football、visited grandparents;能听说句子 What did you do last weekend?并能就过去时间 所做的事情进行简单回答. 2)难点:学生对本课的几个短语都比较熟悉,但动词的过去式第一次出现,因此,这几个短语的 动词过去式的构成及其发音是本课时的难点。 五、教学准备:多媒体课件 六、教法、学法 1.教法设计 在应用任务型教学法的大前提下,我利用情景教学法,以学生为中心,以交际为主线,通过一系 列的教学活动吸引学生的注意力。 2.学法指导 在本课的学习活动中,我用多媒体课件辅助教学,以多种合作学习的方式来帮助学生自己去探 索、发现和解决问题,让学生在互动和交流中建立自信,感受学习的快乐. 3.教学手段 用多媒体辅助教学,将英语学习和游戏结合,引导学生积极主动地投入到学习活动中去. 七、教学过程 1.导入设计 (1)warm-up Lets chant:Book 6 Unit1 what do you do on the weekend?朗朗上口的 chant,不仅能激发 学生学习的兴趣,而且复习了五年级所学过的一些动词短语,起到了一举两得的效果。 (2)Free talk 从上一 chant 引出 What do you usually do on the weekend?让学生谈谈平时自己的周末都会 做哪些事情。 设计意图:这一环节让学生在一个平等尊重的氛围中,敢于说、敢于参与教学,给学生多 一点表现自己的机会,这样不仅复习了旧知识,还渲染了学习英语的良好气氛,使课堂氛 围在一开始便充满活力。 2.新课呈现 教师紧接上一环节:I usually clean the room on the weekend.I cleaned the room last weekend. 教师边说边出示图片,同时在图片旁打印出句子,I cleaned the room last weekend.cleaned 中 ed 和 last 用红色注明,让学生明白动词随着时态的变化而变化,并让学生跟读这一句 子。接着教师把由 cleaned 这一动词组成的动词词组的图片展示在屏幕上,询问并板书 What did you do last weekend?请学生看图片造句,拓展学生思维。注意板书 What did you do last weekend?中 did 要用红色,并让生明白 did 由 do 变化而来。 接下去我呈现短语 watchedTV、washed the clothes 等.通过对比强化,引导学生掌握动词短 语过去式形式,同时辨别发音的规律: watched/t/,washed/t/,cleaned/d/,played/d/,visited/id/因为平时我对清辅音、浊辅音已 有所渗透,所以我向学生点明:清辅音后加 ed 发/t/音,浊辅音和元音后加 ed 发/d/音,/t/和 /d/后加 ed 发/id/音.学生通过比较,逐渐掌握动词过去式的构成方法和读音规律,为学生的自 主学习打下基础. 设计意图:借助教师的生活实际,自然地引入一般过去时,使学生了解 last weekend 是过 去的时间点,使学生在讲述周末活动的情景中展开学习,为过去时的学习埋下伏笔.老师还有 意识地对过去时地几种读音加以渗透,引导学生通过比较,逐渐掌握动词过去式的构成方法和 读音规律,为学生的自主学习打下基础,呈现新知,合作互动。在呈现新知时,我尤其注意了 小学生形象思维优于抽象思维的特点,通过对比,听音,看动作等不同的方式引出新词, 给学生以深刻的第一印象。 3.操练巩固 (1)填空练习,巩固理解. 为了巩固学生对动词过去式的理解,我设计了一些强化训练,同桌问答: What did you do last weekend? I_. 设计思路:针对高段学生的实际,让学生对动词的过去式进行运用,更加深了学生对动词的一 般过去时的印象,同时帮助学生掌握正确规范的书写,为将来进一步的学习做了很好的铺垫. (2)学习 Lets find out 部分. 先设计一个记忆游戏,多媒体课件出示 Lets find out 中的图片并快速遮住,提问:What did Zoom do last weekend?引入到谈论第三者,学生根据图片回答:He watched TV接着利 用图片,同桌合作,看图片操练对话。 通过这个练习,学生再一次加深了对动词短语过去式的印象. (3)补充拓展练习 课件出示几幅情景图,让学生根据图画中的情景,运用学过的句型进行问答.这一环节进一步 训练了学生听、说英语的能力,培养了学生初步的阅读能力,也为下一步拓展活动的开展打下 了基础。这里要注意在学生说完后,教师要及时评价。 设计意图:这一部分,通过对知识的小结,帮助学生将本课的信息进行加工、储存,从而 明确教学目标、重点和难点;同时,对学生的表现进行总结评价,以评价促发展,培养小 组团队精神,激励学生大胆开口,积极活动,为小组争得荣誉。 八. 拓展延伸。 Lets chant Last weekend I cleaned the room. What did you do? Last weekend I watched TV. What did you do? Last weekend I played football. What did you do? Last weekend I washed clothes. What did you do?
