1、Module 8 Unit 1 Once upon a time 教学设计教学设计 教学目标: 1. 知识目标: 1)学会正确使用下列单词词组: hair, forest, decide, go for a walk, dark, pick up, soon, little, door, knock on, look around, answer, hungry,right. 2) 初步理解行为动词一般过去时的意义,学习并掌握过去式的构成,掌握行为动词一般 过去时的肯定句和否定句的句型。 2. 能力目标: 1)能听懂简单的故事情节,了解主要人物和故事梗概。 2)能用规则的过去式叙述过去发生的事
2、情。 3. 情感目标: 通过课前预习、课中探究和课后拓展环节中小组合作活动培养学生的集体观念和合作精 神。 学情分析: 1)任教班学生经过前期学习和训练,已经基本具备了一定的英语运用能力,掌握了基本 的听说技能,本单元的短文内容和情节都很符合初一下学期这个年龄段学生的兴趣。 2)由于在 Module 7 已初步接触了一般过去时态且学习了 be 动词的过去式在各种句型 的应用,学生已经具备了一定的语言材料积累,这样可以为行为动词的一般过去时的教 学创造了良好条件,学生可以利用故事中的语境自行感知、体会、理解英语中一般过去 时的意义。 教材分析:本单元是一节以童话故事为话题的听说课,可用一个课时完
3、成。重点是通过童 话故事训练学生的听说能力,让学生了解在英语中叙述过去的事情要用动词的过去式,难 点是让学生掌握动词过去时的形式和正确使用一般过去时。在教学过程中应始终利用童话 故事的情节吸引学生,利用故事中的内容展开听说读写的训练,利用语境帮学生理解过去 时的意义和归纳语法规则。 教学过程: Step 1 : warm up 1) check the students answer to the exercises of Lesson Plan . 2) present the pictures for the students to learn new words , get them t
4、o read and say out the new words expertly . Step 2 : Lead in 1) The teacher show two pictures for the students to look at . Step 6: Expansion and Application 1) Present the pictures for the students to

Step 7 : Summary and Induction 1) Get the students to remember the rules of past forms . 2) Present the main points in Activity 3 for the students to read and remember . 3) Get the students to use the main points to make sentences in pairs . 4) Do the other written exercises .
