16、不容易。 2.关于职业的单元教学我想要传给给学生的理念是，现在的时段要 不断积累和学习，涉猎不同的事务，孩子有些强烈的好奇心，对生 活有着天然的开放度，会有很多机会让他们去寻找自己生活乐趣， 希望他们 find the right job for themselves.希望这颗种子能发 芽、开花，学会聆听自己追随梦想，永不放弃。 3.本节课通过板书，将主题涉及到 police 有关的直观信息的词语 的英文表达以总结归类方式呈现出来。还有该职业在行动上，他们 在我们社区服务中所付出的努力，如 direct traffic,help the people,catch thieves,将文字不同形式
17、呈现找到思维图，建构语言 支架，帮助孩子们更好的规范,逻辑清晰的表达自己想法。 二、本课不足 PPT 的视频部分在播放中的不够流畅，教师自己情绪多少受到 影响，也一定程度影响到孩子，从中启发分享给孩子们:每个经历都 有不完美需要我们事前再多一分耐心和细心地确认。 三、小结 哈佛大学一位教授曾说过：“教育的目的不是给一堆知识， 让学生来记忆，而是让学生更好学会去思考，并且能够以开放心态 来适应社会和更自己。“每个观点需要长久时间来实践，论证，落 实到自己行为中，是一件很不容易的事。今天很感谢再坐每一位同 学，他们认真起来的态度让我很佩服，所以师生之间要互相学习， 无论大人还是小孩，每个人都值得尊重。特别是我们身边职业，带 有一定危险的特性，给我们带来的平安保障，发自内心感谢。职业 没有贵贱，只有每个人所要承担的责任和担当。 谢谢！合作愉快！
