1、说课内容是广东人民出版社开心学英语四年级上册 unit8, “helping at home” ,本册中最重要的时态之一是现在进行时。本课 内容既是对前面单元 unit2 和 unit7 学生已经学过的内容的复习, 也是对本册的重要时态作最后的巩固学习,起到了画龙点睛的作用。 本课还需掌握有关家务的动词短语, 让学生利用情境感受父母的辛苦 和领悟劳动带来的乐趣,对学生的思想进行一次洗礼。 二学情分析二学情分析 教学对象是四年级学生。他们在英语学习方面存在着个体差异 性,英语基础不一。但是对英语学科的学习还是比较感兴趣,对新奇 的、好玩的课堂活动,都跃跃欲试,表现欲望强,乐于参与。所以针 对他们

We can review all the phrases and arouse students interest in the lesson and get ready for the lesson) Step 2: Leading in
6、 Watch a video about Qiaohu, a good boy who can help at home. And then do a guessing game about the video. (Purpose: Use the video to attract the studentsattention and give students a deep impression about helping at home, while the topic is related to the story.And the phrases in the video are the
7、same as the phrases in this unit; students can review the phrases and sentence structures.) Step 3:Pre-reading Listen to the sound of water, and predict “Whats Jenny doing?”. Watch the video about the story; let Ss try to find out the answer to some questions. (Purpose: Giving students some task, th
8、ey can think and imagine the story, predicting some content. Students watch the video with some purpose finding out the answer. That will help them to understand story well and quickly. Step 4: While-reading 1. Choosing the answer to the questions. 2. Learn the new words in the story: cook, busy, wa
9、it. (Purpose: Let students learn the sentence structures well, when they answer the questions. Teach the new language points in the story.) Step 5: Post-reading 1. Role Play 2. Thinking and discussing: Jenny and Tony are busy. But Gogo is just waiting there. Is Gogo right? What can Gogo do? (Purpose
10、: To train Ss abilities of working in groups, they can be brave to show themselves, reading aloud and reading fluently. Besides they can be active to think about the story, and express the ideas bravely. And when students answer, they review the phrases again. ) Step 6: Practice 1. Talking: What can
11、 the students do at home or in the school? 2. Writing: Self-introduction. 3. Summary: a video about the topic helping whoever needs help. (Purpose: Enable students to improve writing ability, using the sentence structures learned. Let students think what we learn from the story. We also can help at

Yes, she is. Are they _washing the dishes_? Yes, they are. Some new words 是完全相吻合的。这个视频起着承上启下的作用,从乐虎的引入到后一环节,自 然过渡。
14、而且视频之后设置两个问题,让学生感知本单元的重点句型。阅读完 story 之后,再对 helping at home 这个概念再拓展,让学生明白可以在家里帮 助父母做家务,同时在学校里,在社区中,都可以做一个热爱劳动,关爱他人的 人。还有一段总结性,有感染力的视频,对这条主线的进一步的情感教育,达到 情感的升华。 story 部分中的句型是现在进行时,而现在进行时的基本要素是某一特定时 间、某一特定地点,因此首先向学生表明发生在家里,Tony,Jenny,Gogo 正在 做什么。 而且在阅读文章之前, 给出一些相应的声音比如水声、 图片一角的提示, 让学生猜测 Jenny 在做什么。有水声,在家里帮忙,会是洗什么东西呢?设疑让 学生有想去探寻答案的好奇,更加认真深入的去理解文章。 对于 story 中 Gogo 正在等待一句此内容,也引发老师和学生的思考,这样 的行为是否正确呢,这样的讨论切合课文主题,符合此课主线,这也能够再次教 育学生关爱他人从小事做起。 本课完成语言点的学习, 也对学生的语言技能进行培养。 组织学生合作学习, 彼此交流所学的语言句型。只是学生还不太敢于表现自己,老师就要考虑课堂活 动设计是否符合学生能力水平,或是考虑一些方法或技巧让学生能够放下包袱, 在课堂上能更自如表现。
